Angie’s Notes
- Want to store for longer than 6 weeks? Simply place it in a silicone ice tray. These won’t freeze solid, so you’ll want to keep the cubes in the mold until needed.
- If these have too much pumpkin flavor, use less when making your latte.
- Use this syrup for lattes, adding to coffee, tea, or milk, or as a dessert topping!
Why I Love This Terrific Pumpkin Spice Syrup
If you are looking for a terrific pumpkin spice syrup look no further! While I usually prefer healthier options, sometimes I need a treat! And this syrup is a real treat!
Combining sweetened condensed milk, spices, sugar, and pumpkin together creates a very thick and rich syrup. Try it in a latte, topping off a dessert, or freeze it into cubes for later!
How To Use The Pumpkin Spice Syrup For A Latte
Of course, you have to make this terrific pumpkin spice syrup! This is hands down the best latte I’ve ever made at home. Very indulgent and full of flavor. Unlike the traditional pumpkin spice lattes available at larger chains, this one tastes like pumpkin!
To make the best pumpkin spice latte:
- 2 Tablespoons Terrific Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 4 oz coffee (or milk or espresso)
- 1-2 oz of milk if you are using espresso or coffee
- Blend the above ingredients together, I like to use a milk frother to get everything combined
If you wish, top the latte with whipped cream, a cinnamon stick, and a dusting of pumpkin spice. It’s best to drink it alone so you don’t have to share.
The syrup coupled with espresso will allow you to enjoy the best pumpkin spice latte ever! It’s really tasty with a spicy gingerbread cookie. Have you tried making this syrup? How did you like it? Let me know by tagging me on Instagram.
